Too many permanent residents We went here for a Bluegrass show. The RV park is very nice but there are too many permanent residents with golf carts running all over the place. It is quite away to the nearest grocery store. Even farther to Walmart. It is located on a major highway and lots and lots of trucks hauling oranges to the processing plants. So the night time noise was grueling. There were lots and lots of snow birds here.We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

Great park! This could be the perfect park. The drawback is, the ground is soft so when it rained and rigs pull out ruts were left and no attempt to repair them were made. The permanent RVs should be separated and the seasonals should be in an area then the dailys/weekenders should be all together. The fountain and separate pool are great. We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

Great park but no cell or TV service This is a very nice campground. But if you want to stay in touch with your friends you better take them with you. I asked the ranger why there was no cell service and she said that is why they chose to live there. It was nice and quiet. Plus it was about an hour drive back into Ocala to shop. There are a couple of mom and pop stores for the necessities. We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

On the lake Our truck would not shift out of 2nd gear coming across Hoover Dam so we were able to limp into this park. We were assured at the office that the lake temp was bathwater warm. Wrong! It was nearly freezing. The kids waded in but was too cold for me. I was able to get the modulator replaced at a reasonable price in town.We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice National Park On our 83rd trip around the country, we stayed here and visited the Tunnel Log, the Auto Log, the General Sherman Sequoia tree, and the Flums. Plus the Lodge pole.We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Adequate for overnight stop We stopped here on our 83rd trip around the country. It was of course dry and dusty. When you are on a shrinking budget you try to camp cheap. We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Great National Park As soon as we checked in, the Ranger warned us that the night before a grizzly had attacked a tenter as he slept in his tent because the guy had cooked his supper and then did not clean up properly so the bear smelled the cooked food on the guy and assumed that it was a big burrito. We were in a travel trailer so we were able to cook inside and wash everything up. All the sights to see in the area kept us busy for a few days.We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Basic campground When we stayed here a few years ago on an around the country trip. We found it odd that they had an above ground swimming pool. At that time the fee was 8.50 per night. We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice rv park We stayed here many years ago with our camping club. It is right on busy SR 19 so there is a lot of road noise, especially at night. We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Very rustic park on Rainbow River This campground is a full-hookup campground with 50 amp service. It is located on the Rainbow River. There is a swimming pool but it looks like it has not been used in a couple of years. The sites are spacious and placed a good distance apart. It is very quiet at night. There is a tube ramp and a place to swim in the river. We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.
