We are here in a Class C. Most spots are back in, but they have been creating more pull throughs. The first 7 days we could use the Passport America discount. We are now on a monthly rate of $390.00 + electric. The pool is heated and there is a huge hot tub. There's a few trees and a nice dog walk area. It's very well kept, has nice showers and laundry facilities. There are two casinos nearby, but not within walking distance. They are the Sunset and Samstown. There are many places to eat and some local casinos in the area. We feel safe and there is also a large park with keyed access. Be careful with your GPS. The entrance is easy to miss. Heading south on Boulder Highway, it's the first left after Russell Road. If you get to the light at Gibson thou have gone to far.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

in las vegas for the winter. not gamblers so strip properties weren't appealing. checked out all the local places with monthly rates. this was clearly the best for the monthly rate, friendly service, clean restrooms, all coaches well kept. only negative is the free wireless which is slow and no cable. an upgade is possible on the wireless but using phone hotspot instead. used to airplane noise and with fan running at night never hear the traffic. spaces on the driveway side can be very noisey due to big apartment complex that shares the driveway. if you like to walk there is a huge park next door! numerous golf courses close by.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

A parking lot near the airport

I find it strange that this park is named as it is, given that it's just one large parking lot near the Las Vegas airport. The sites are adequately sized and spaced, and they had full hookups. There's also cable TV and you can get wi-fi signal at the office during office hours. It's clean and well-kept, and the staff are friendly. Since it's close to the airport, it's noisy most of the time with planes flying overhead. This place is good for short stops or as a base for sightseeing in Vegas, nothing more.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
