Description
Description of Whispering Pines
Camp in 50 acres of towering pines with sunshine streaming through the branches of the campground, the aromas of nature wafting through the air and the sounds of splashing water calling in the distance. This is the Rhode Island campground the way it was meant to be and the way that you will still find it at Whispering Pines is the place to be. Also, please check out our cabins to experience Rhode Island RV Park without the RV!

Could be better

We parked at one of the pull-through sites in this campground. It's a full hookup site with wi-fi but no cable TV. All utilities worked well, including the wi-fi. There is a lot of space in between sites to allow for privacy, and the site itself is roomy enough for awnings. Lots of trees as well, but they are trimmed and did not interfere with our dish setup. The campground would have been better if the interior roads were wider. It's difficult for one RV, let alone two, to pass and maneuver through these roads. The bathrooms are okay, but the laundry is set up outdoors so it's always dirty. Also, the office is open only in the afternoons.
We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.

i would not recommend this site. all of the facilities were extremely outdated. there were no fish that were supposed to be in the water, instead it was disgusting. the site want very big at all and did not have a pleasurable experience.
We stayed here in a Class B Motorhome.
