| Nice but could have been better | |
La Hacienda is a nice RV park and the location is good, I'd give it that. It's close to the major Austin attractions. The grounds are manicured and well-maintained, and the facilities are clean. There are nice and attractive pools and hot tubs, as well as an exercise room. The sites are large enough but aren't level. Full hookups with cable and wi-fi available, but wi-fi costs extra. The grounds staff are quite friendly and helpful, but I can't say the same with some of the office staff, who won't even make eye contact. There's no water in the pond, so we couldn't fish and it's too hot to walk around. I wish they didn't advertise about the pond anymore. Our stay here wasn't unpleasant, but I think it could have been much more enjoyable.
