Turning a Toyota Sienna minivan into an RV to cut costs
I read this article where they turned their minivan into an RV because RVs cost too much. The 1st six feet back became the cargo area by and wtih luggage moved to the front seats to have a bedroom at night. They're using solar lanterns, reflective windows, camp stove, Coleman cooler etc... and .... portable toilets.

I dont know if could that ? how about you guys ?

Sounds like a really nice project...if you got the experience especially when it comes to the electrical stuff to make sure that everything is working just fine. Keep us posted on your project.

How many people are we talking about using this thing, if it's more than one, it may be a little crowded, more than two, nearly impossible, unless you're all going to get into a bundle.
I don't know what the towing capacity of the Toyota is, (not much i'm sure), but probably for less than you're going to spend converting this thing, you could get a nice little Pop Up & be a whole lot more comfy, and it's already made for camping, no time or expense to convert.

bukhrn has got a very good point. Of course, if you're the type of guy that loves DIY's, it's a good option too
