This is just such a beautiful park in an equally great location. Not that many permanent residents here. Sites are paved with cement and very spacious. Even with our large Motorhome, it still had enough space for one more vehicle. Each site had its own patio, picnic table and grill. Well shaded with lots of trees. Easy getting in and out the sites. Very close to the beach and restaurants.

This RV park is quite dated and it shows. Having said that, the facilities still work as they should. The sites are clean, with full hookups, wi-fi and cable TV. Water pressure is weak, however. Not much to do within the park aside from hanging out at the game room. Staff are friendly. Some train noise but is negligible depending on how sensitive you are. Maybe we'll stay again, but just maybe.

Moss Landing KOA has a great location. It's just a short walk to great restaurants in the area and a short drive to Santa Cruz, Monterey and the local attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and they keep the place very clean and running smoothly. My only issue here would be the sites. They're too tight and too close together. They've got full hookups available though, along with cable TV and wi-fi. Wi-fi is slow and unpredictable, though. It's also a bit pricey even for a KOA but it was money well-spent for us.

Tiger Run has everything that makes it a high-grade resort. The RV sites are huge with lots of room for moving around, as well as full hookups, wi-fi and cable. A good part of the resort has park model units but these units are classy, neat and pretty. There's pretty landscaping all over the place. Clean facilities and a lovely indoor pool. The path set aside for walking dogs is too narrow for large dogs, though, but I like how they provide poop bags. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but for a resort, they pretty much leave the guests alone and don't host a lot of events or activities here. Otherwise, Tiger Run is a perfect place for a vacation.

Great campground! Showers and restrooms are spotless. Staff is really friendly. Lots of wildlife to see here. Free Internet is a bit slow, but with so much to do, you'll hardly even use it. Laundry service is free. Sites are not crampped together. We'll definitely come back.

We've camped in so many KOAs, but nothing was as bad as this one. Sites were short, very tight and spaced way too close to each other. Low water pressure. Wi-Fi not working. Staff are made up of kids that don't seem to have a clue of what's going on. Pool was dirty. No fenced areas for dogs. Game room was lacking equipment. The only saving grace is the beautiful view of the lake. We expected much more for the amount we paid. Will not come back.

| A great getaway so close to Austin | This state park is so peaceful and secluded that it's almost hard to believe that it's so close to downtown Austin and all the popular sights. It's right by the river and has really nice and roomy sites with water and electric hookups. No cable, but that's to be expected. There's wi-fi at the office, though. Would have been so great if the place had sewer hookups too, but we can't have it all now, can we? There are also excellent hiking and biking trails in the area. We loved it here and we'll return.

| Probably the most beautiful resort in the area | This place is truly beautiful. The lawns and the sites are landscaped and some of the sites overlook the lake and the golf course. We got a lakefront site and it had its own casita, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and dock. Members and staff alike are all very welcoming and we made a lot of friends here during our three-month stay. My husband enjoyed playing golf with his new buddies all day while I spent my mornings at the fitness center or the pool and the rest of the day socializing with other wives. We really loved it here and we'll return as soon as we can.

| No Frills Campground Great for Overnight Stays | If you are looking for a place to spend the night, this may work for you. The campground is well-kept. Our site was one of the newly remodeled ones beside the creek. Really spacious and nice. No problems with the power and water hookups. WiFi and cellphone receptions were okay. The roads in the campground were paved with asphalt, which made it easy for us to go around. The facilities and amenities here are very basic. Passport America and Good Sam Club Discounts are accepted. It was a bit noisy because it is located right next to the highway.

| Family Friendly Campground | This is a great campground for families. There are a lot of activities to do here. The campground and the facilities are clean and well-kept. Quiet at night. My family and I first tried this last summer and we can't wait to go back.
