| Peaceful and great location | |
This campground is right on the edge of town. We walked from the campground about 3 blocks to a little iced cream shop. The ability to camp right near stores and restaurants is rare. The campground is right on the edge of the canal which is a free flowing stream in this section. The campsites are just basic grassy spaces to park. I did not notice much in the way of provisions for large RVs. The bathroom and shower were in a poor state of repair, but there was plenty of hot water. I think we only paid ten dollars for a tent site.
