	“Some good and some not-so-good things about this campground”

We arrived at about 11:00 pm on Friday, July 6th in a 35-foot motor home. We were met at the entrance, supplied with an attractive color map and color information booklet and were promptly escorted to our campsite by a friendly employee who did her best to make it easy for me to back into it in the dark. We had a 50-amp electric hookup and a water connection as promised. Their WiFi was out-of-order and there was no cable connection or sewer connection. Our campsite was level, clean, spacious, contained a picnic table, fire ring and was covered with a canopy of tall trees. Lake Laurie Campground has more than 720 campsites. Some are in open fields but most are in wooded areas. It appears that most of their campers are there for the season including the occupants of most of their lakefront sites. I largely observed their 5 MPH speed limit and had only one problem with the roads, which were reasonably smooth. Most of the roads leading to We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

we enjoyed our stay at this park. there were a lot of activities offered and the facilities were very clean. really fun place for families to enjoy. We stayed here in a Class B Motorhome.
