| HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! LOOKS ARE DECEIVING! | |
This is the worst RV and motor home place to live. Looks are deceiving... My parents moved in one year or so ago. They got harassed by the managers from day one. My thought is, they do this so they can evict you if they do not like you. Patty, the manager is judge and jury! If she says you are speeding, then you are! You have zero say in your stay! Before you even think to move here, take a drive through and ask people what they think of management. They will all tell you, "don't piss of Patty!" She will be on you and she will evict you! You have no security here. When you take that drive around, you will also notice no one is out, unless they are walking their dog which is unusual if you ask me. People are terrified of her, and 99% of the people will tell you they are only there cause they bought a house and cannot leave. They are selling houses for 40Grand, they are 399 sq feet, and then you have to pay the rent on the space. If Patty doesn't like you, then you will be forced to move. So what does that do for your home you own? That's right! You will probably sign over the title, which she has forced people to do a lot. Not to mention her husband is the rudest person ever, They both hate Russians! They clearly don't like children, considering they post NO BIKE RIDING, They also eliminated the trick or treating in the park! There are kids here, but you never see them! They also talk down to all the staff.
