We require a 3-day notice for an RV/tent site and a 7-day notice for a Cabin. A refund will be given minus a $10.00 fee if appropriate notice has been given. A notice less than the required time will not receive a refund. EXCEPTIONS: Holidays require 14 day notice for RV/tent sites and 30day notice for cabins. October requires 21 days for RV/tent or cabins. NO refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, on Holidays or Special Events. Cancellation fee for monthly site deposit is $25.00 unless notification is less than 20days, then no refund will be made. |

Damage

There is a Security Deposit taken for the Cabin rentals when you check-in, and payment by credit card is required. |
Gray Water
|
Per Virginia Law, grey water can not be dumped onto the ground. Sewer connection has to be water and vapor tight or grey water can be disposed of at the Dump Station. |
Pets
Dogs are allowed but non-aggressive breeds only! List is from the Insurance Co. which includes: akitas, malamutes, great danes, pitbulls, rottweilers, Dobermans, huskies, mastiffs, shepherds, boxers, chows, wolf-hybrids, and any lineage of previously listed. Call with any questions!
NO charge for cats, birds, snails, turtles, ferrets, hamsters, or goldfish!!
First dog, no charge, $2.00 each over one. |
Visitors
|
Visitor fees apply whether they are in your vehicle or theirs. Register at the office, pay a fee and park in the designated area if in their vehicle. In season: $8.00 per person (use of the pool is included) Off Season: $5.00 per person. |
