Local Directions: From: NYS THRUWAY (I-90) – Buffalo: Take Exit 30 (Herkimer). Turn Left after Toll Booth onto Route 28 South. Take Route 28 South into Cooperstown. Turn Right at STOP sign (“T” intersection) in Cooperstown. Stay on Route 28 South for approximately 4 miles (there will be a McDonalds, Pizza Hut and traffic light). Continue for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn Right onto Seminary Road. Go 1.5 miles on Seminary Road to Hartwick Highlands Campground. From: Albany – I-90 West to Exit 25A to I-88 West. Binghamton – I-88 East. Take Exit 17 off I-88. Take Route 28 North – Go approximately 12 1/2 miles. Turn Left onto Seminary Road (just past Cooperstown Dreams Park and the Barnyard Swing). Go 1.5 miles on Seminary Road to Hartwick Highlands Campground.
