| Great Place to Camp with Family & Friends | |
When it comes to family activities and pool fun, Lone Oak is our only place to go every year. We always gather up a big group of friends & family to take our nice lil road trip from New Haven, CT to have a stay out there. Even if it's for just a weekend or a whole week, we always have a pleasant stay. Great staff & always clean & secure. Never have to worry about anything getting stolen while swimming or going for a shower.

| Clean, modern, fun family atmosphere! | |
Would highly recommend Lone Oaks for its variety of family activities, modern facilities, and friendly staff. We are newer to camping and have a 27-foot travel trailer. We stayed at Lone Oaks for two long weekends last year in July and August. We were amazed at the variety of activities and amenities that Lone Oaks has to offer- specifically clean, modernized showers and restrooms, large laundry facility, two in-ground swimming pools, many scheduled activities for the children, large wooded campsites, full-service camp store and snack-bar, even a lounge for the adults. We have stayed at several campgrounds over the past two years in CT and MA and have yet to find one as clean, well-maintained, and friendly as Lone Oaks- and for us only about 45 minutes away. We have already booked two more stays here at the end of July and then in mid-August. We are looking forward to staying at the same site we did last year!

we really enjoyed our stay at this park. the facilities were nice and clean. the staff was also very nice and friendly as well. the walking trails were not the best, they could have been a little more cleaned up but overall a great time.
