Solutions to damp and musty RV
Every winter, the inside of our motorhome always gets so damp and have this musty smell. It's such a pain to deal with it when spring comes. Anyone can suggest on how to deal with this during the winter so that my husband and I won't have to worry about airing it out and getting rid of this for the better part of spring.

Try opening your heater (if you have one in your RV) for an hour or two with the windows open at least once a week to keep it from getting damp.

Re: Solutions to damp and musty RV
If you have the budget, look for a good RV storage facility in your area with climate control where you can store your RV during the winter months.

If not, open up the heater for an hour every week with the windows open to help keep the inside of your RV dry. Get a few dehumidifiers that you can find in Walmart to put in cabinets, underneath your sinks, and in the RV's bathroom (if it has one) since these are the most humid places in your RV.

As for the smell, try to get some activated charcoal from Walmart or your local home depot.

If you have maxi-vents, (as I) keep them open.

I agree. Ventilation is the key to avoid getting your RV musty and damp. I'd also add a few dehumidifiers in the bathroom and underneath the sinks.
