Personally, I'd suggest to do your own research first if you're not sure about it. Look at it beyond being the brother, but as an RV owner. What will you require? How much are you willing to pay for it? From there check the numbers and compute them against the potential expenses. |

I would look around, like here, http://forums.trailerlife.com/ to see what people are paying in different areas., $125. may not be a bad deal to someone that has no other alternative, like someone that lives in a city/neighborhood with an HOA that won't let you park your RV on your own property. What else are they going to do. Now, as some said, maybe 2 different areas, one with hookups & covered, for those who want it & can afford it, & one without, for those looking for a little less costly place. |

We stayed for a number of years in Tacoma, and rented out a space for our RV because the place that we were staying at didn't have room for it. If I remember it correctly, I think we had to pay around P300/month for an open-air space. That being said, I'm guessing that the rate for an enclosed storage facility with climate control and full hookup will definitely be higher than that. |

Having seen prices in excess of $300. a month, I guess $125 is a pretty good price, for the area. |
