Your battery appears to not be connected to the trailer.
There are battery protection fuses in most converters as well as a large fuse or breaker in-line somewhere between the battery and the converter. Check these.
Also check you've connected the battery correctly. Standard RV wiring is White (ground), Black (positive). If in doubt find the wire to the battery that's bolted to the frame. That's the negative (ground) connection. (It's possible a previous owner cobbled the wiring colors.) There's a label on our frame near the battery box.
