Shopping for camping supplies

Do most people here only order online or do you get supplies in person too? I was just burned by a company for a gift of a family member and hate the idea of ordering something from another shady place. Is it better to get supplies in person?

I shop fore everything online! Trust me as long as you visit a reputable merchant, there are 0 problems.

Its so convenent. My fav camping dealer is http://www.coleman.com/

If it's something really critical, like RV parts, I'd prefer to buy them in person so that I can properly check them to make sure that they are exactly what I need. Otherwise, I would buy my RV stuff at

I usually do my shopping in person so that I'm sure that I get what I want. I've heard so many horror stories about online shopping so I steer clear from it.
