|I was on my way home from the local grocery store, I tried to start my car and it wouldn't start. I called CoachNet for assistance. They said that they will send someone to help out within an hour. Instead of a tow truck, they sent a kid who had nothing more but jumper cables. He tried to start the car, and it still wouldn't start. He told me that it needed to be towed (no duh!). So I called CoachNet back about this. Imagine my frustration when they told me that I am only entitled to just one roadside assistance for free. They can send me a tow truck but it will not be covered and will be at my expense. Thing is, if they already sent out the tow truck out and not the kid to begin with, it would have been covered and I wouldn't have had to call back. I ended up having to get a garage nearby to send a tow truck to pick up my car, and still have to pay for it. Is there any way that I can get them still to reimburse me on this?
