RV Park for Large Rigs in San Francisco
Anyone here can suggest where I a park close to Americas Cup San Fran that could accommodate large rigs? Ours is a 39' Class A and most of those that I've found are pretty small for it.

Thanks in advance.

You can try Candlestick RV Park. It's about 4.5 miles away from San Francisco but they do provide a shuttle service.

Candlestick RV Park is okay, if you're just looking for a place to park. Very close to San Francisco. But don't expect much from it. Been here a few times, and it seems to be deteriorating every single time.

If you're after the distance, then yes, Candlestick RV Park will be your best bet.

I'd recommend Half Moon Bay State Beach. It's quite a ways off from San Francisco, about 20 miles. But for me, it's the best park in the area that's got big rig access. Try to get the sites between 48-50. Pretty good view of the ocean and well-spaced. 47 is okay but there's a tree here with a lot of birds. Downside of this is that it's a dry camping site and they are quite strict on the use of the generator. Can't use them between 8pm and 10am.
