The most peaceful place to stay

We go almost every year for a week to 10 days. We used to go so that we ended Columbus day weekend so we could take in the Endless Summer Cruisin' car show. A hurricane and a government shutdown now have us going in the spring. It is awesome waking up to the ponies going through the campsite.
Plenty of Canoe / kayak opportunities. We have been to Berlin and Snow Hill - two very nice towns.
If you want to relax in nature this IS THE PREMIER campground.
one dump / water station for bayside and another for oceanside. Generators are allowed in most loops
