This park is conveniently located if you're traveling on I-20 through Louisiana. I was working in West Monroe and the location served me well. It has very little in the way of amenities. I could not get WiFi. There is an animal shelter adjacent with dogs barking constantly. There is nothing picturesque about the park at all. There are no tables at the sites and no fire rings. Gravel roads and spots. To me it was pricey for what you get. The people in the office were very friendly.

I was only able to stay here one night and did not get the full experience. I did arrive in time to see a beautiful sunset over the waterway from the long dock extending out from the campground. Had a great pull thru site. I didn't even unhook the truck. The check-in staff was very friendly. Really good views of the Tenn-Tom waterway. Sites have grills and fire rings. Nice campground. Would definitely go back!

This is probably the best RV park, public or private, that I've stayed in. The views are absolutely gorgeous. The facilities are very clean. The staff in the office is so friendly and accommodating. Sites are nice. Highly, highly recommend this place!!

This is a nice state park about 10 miles from Linden, TN. The park has some walking trails and is on the TN River, though I was never able to actually see the river from within the park. The sites are nice with grills and fire rings. The roads are paved and the sites are crushed limestone. We got there late and the ranger came and personally helped us choose a spot. We saw deer, turkeys, and squirrels. The only drawback is there is a treacherous hill going into the camping area after leaving the ranger station. It is one of the steepest hills I've ever seen so proceed with caution!

We stayed in this park on a work trip to Heber Springs, AR. It is several miles outside of town in a valley. It is on the Little Red River, but there aren't really any spaces from which you can actually see the river. They have a dock that you can fish from. All sites are grass and the roads are chip and seal. It's not an aesthetically pleasing park, but the owners are on site and extremely nice. This park is adequate for overnight or for an extended stay. They do have very clean laundry facilities that we used.

We have stayed at this park a couple of times on quick family outings. The spots are all concrete, all have grass areas, all have grills and fire rings. Really good views of Enid Lake. It's not the easiest place to get to, but worth going. Clean facilities. Nice people. No sewer hook up but dump station available.

This is a government run park and as typical with most of them. it is very neat and clean. Bathrooms are neat and clean, grounds are well kept. We had a spot right on the river and at night it is a beautiful view. They do not have sewer hook up but there is a dump station. There is a great restaurant about 15 minutes away called Toad Suck Buck's. Try it out! Great park.

We stayed in this park on a work trip. The family lives on the grounds and they work hard. I was welcomed quickly as I pulled in. The park is located right on a highway a couple miles outside of town. I had a FHU site for about $30. There are no bonuses here and nothing to look at but a pretty sunrise. If you're in the area and need a place to stop over for the night, it's just fine.

This is a state park in rural Arkansas. It sits on the banks of the Black River. All new asphalt through the RV area, picnic tables at every site as well as fire rings. Clean bathhouse and laundry facility. FHU with pull through sites. Clean, clean, clean! Great value!

This is a great park. Nice sites, nice clubhouse, swimming pool, very good views of the Mississippi River and historic Natchez, MS. The office staff was very friendly, very outgoing. Nice roads and all infrastructure was great. My only complaint was the price. It ended up costing $50/night. I had a FHU, pull through site. I just don't see that I got $20/night more than other RV parks. Other than that, really good place to stay. Higher rating from me if not so expensive.

RV Parks for Sale in South, AL, South, MS, NW FL | I'm looking for a clean RV park (to purchase) within a 30 minute drive to the coast preferably in the southern part of Alabama. I would also consider the MS gulf coast or northwest Florida. Please let me know if you stay in a nice park that you find out is for sale in one of these locales! Thanks!!
