| Nicely cared for very poor customer service! |
RV sites are well kept, power/water/and sewer all good. No voltage issues. Grounds are nice, the dog walk an excellent idea! Loved the tree trimming service starting at 8am Sat/Easter weekend!! REALLY!?! The Office/store staff are not the least helpful and in fact on 3 occasions over two days, they ignored us while we waited to buy items and once to ask questions about the local area. We were the only ones in the store/office while counter employees chatted and made us wait while talking to groundskeepers. We finally left the store without being taken care of and called an Uber to go to a local grocery store, which we found on the internet. They lost a sale on top of showing us how nice they aren't. When we got home we were emailed, and asked to write a review of our stay, we did and found that it goes nowhere, is not posted and doesn't go to corporate or the franchise owner to be addressed. While emailing KOA Kamper Services, they advised to post on google, trip advisor etc because some franchises don't post reviews. THEN WHY PESTER ME TO WRITE ONE!??? Overall, if you have to find a place to stay overnight and can put up with lazy customer service, then the Pomona KOA is perfect. By the way, Uber responded within 15 min to get you to a store or restaurant. I am available to discuss my experience with anyone in greater detail at anytime, now that they've wasted my time and irritated me. Now off to Trip Advisor.
We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
