Nice long, wide sites on the South Umpqua River. RV park is located near Wildlife Safari. Family run park with paved roads and WiFi that works.

Positive: Closest park to Sequoia NP & clean. Better than boondocking Negatives: Marginal WiFi only at office, park owners live on the coast, park water pump failed, office personnel was nice, but didn't have a clue on NP access or information. A FAQ sheet would have been nice!

| OK temporary location. Close to Joshua Tree NP. | 40' class A was a stretch on site after unhooking. Sewer connection at back of site. WiFi not at site. Close to NP. Ok for 2 nights w/o sewer hookup.

Great location. Shuttle to Cardinal games & metro. We have never used the casino. We just like the clean CG facilities: laundry, showers, playground for kids & centralized picnic area.

| Good Sam way overrated in this campground | When checking in, we were told the Good Sam rate was higher than the CG rate - go figure! Spotty WiFi and NO internet. Their internet provider quit! No AT&T signal. There are a lot of CGs in the Sturgis area that were established just for the motor cycle races. Beware! I will stay in Spearfish, Rapid City or Hill City the next time.

| Well-maintained campground | I concur with the review done a year earlier. Nice setting in a well-maintained CG. Easily could serve as a base camp for the numerous activities in the area.

| Nice one night campground | Nice, long pull-through site with great satellite reception for a college football game. A DQ within walking distance and a nearby truck stop for fuel. Site manager's very accommodating. Great WiFi. No pools, playgrounds, etc, just a nice park at a reasonable price.

Not a resort. Just a campground where everything works. Arrived Labor Day weekend as a 1 night stopover. It was obvious a lot of families had used this as a destination campgrounds. The campground is well laid out with flat level sites and plenty of room. Very reasonable prices.

| Pizza delivery only positive | This is an old park that has become rundown with permanent residents and lack of maintenance. See photo of rotted picnic table. Very limited WiFi and 1 bar AT&T. Free delivery of pizza is a positive. Paid for 2 nights, but stayed for 1. Worlds of Fun is a much better KC camping option.

Rarely does GS hit the mark with their ratings. They did this time. If you are traveling with other rigs inquire about the deluxe sites. They make good gathering spot. Site 55 is a "deluxe deluxe" site.
