Nice park. Clean laundry rooms, bathrooms and meeting rooms. Many winter Texans who have been coming back for years. WiFi is Tengointernet and free, at least to monthly patrons. However, it is slow when many others are online or downloading movies. There are some permanent residents. Lots of activities. sites are close together. Freeway and train noise is evident.

| Seasonal "fish camp" type campground and motel | The owners/staff were very helpful. The "big rig" site is on the grass behind the office/house with a shared water and sewer hookup. We were parallel parked next to a very old trailer on soft ground. We had to enter the site from the road as the height clearance and layout of the rest of the campground did not allow a u-turn for access to the space. We did have 50 amp but with no breaker installed on the box. The view on the other side was great, though, with birds and wildlife including a fox. The campground is on the river with access for boats. Expensive compared to other campgrounds we have stayed in with many more amenities.

| Great place to stay. Skip the KOA and stay here! | From the minute we talked to the owner on the phone till the day we left we were very impressed with this campground. We were placed in 100 acre woods across the street from the office/motel complex. The sites were large, wooded and quiet. There is a trail that intersects with the red blazed Whiteface Mountain trail from the 100 acre woods campground.

| Skip this one and stay at North Pole! | Not the best value for the money. Sites are close together and the roads are narrow and bumpy. Hard to maneuver our 38 foot motorhome to our "big" site. Many activites for families. Camphosts were friendly and helpful but gave us incorrect directions to our site on arrival. For the same amount of money we would stay at North Pole. See review there.

| Good family campground with many activites | This was a fun park with many activites for adults and kids alike. The owners/hosts were friendly and helpful. It is centrally located in the Finger Lakes region making day trips easy. It is a little noisy, being near the Thruway

| Nice campground with friendly owners | We stayed here for 4 nights while doing the falls area. The host, Mike, was very nice, helpful and friendly. The sites are paved, mostly treed and there is room for big rigs. They do not have a minimum night stay for holiday weekends nor do they increase the rates for those weekends. The campground is conveniently located for touring the area and close to groceries and other shopping. We would definitely recommend this campground.

| Didn't stay here; unfriendly staff | I called this campground for a reservations for a 30 amp, full-hook-up site as described on their websitefor 3 nights. This campground is pretty expensive and we don't need 50 amp. The woman taking reservations insisted that we needed 50 amp (more expensive!) because of our size - 38 feet. I asked her how long the sites were and she said 75 feet. I told her that would be all right and she said "No, we don't recommend 30 amps for that size." We are full timers and fully aware of what we need in a campsite. We did not reserve, instead staying at AA Royal Motel and Campground in a perfectly fine 30 amp site on blacktop with free wi-fi and cordial hosts.

We stayed at Summer Breeze for several days in June, 2010. It was easy to get to with a good road into the campground. The host/owners were great especially with directions to stores, hiking trails and restaurants. My husband need to make a long run for marathon training and the hosts were able to chart a course for him. The facilities were clean and neat; the campsites were on grass which was well groomed. There is a train track very close but it was not used much while we were there. Good family campground with an ice cream social on Saturday evenings at 7pm.
