Looking for a park to stop off for the nite. It is called a resort, but there is very little to it. Looks like a rough area, and mainly what looks like permanent stays and mobile homes on site. I turned around and went the other way. Did not bother to look for the sign in as it was after dark and it looked like a sketchy area.

Nice enough rv park. Clean and friendly people here. Make sure you check your site. I went back to ask to move to a more level one. They were good enough to let me change. The noise is there. Not really there fault as it is a pull off the I-95 type of place. Easy to get there so not surprising it is near the interstate.

| Great facilites and close to Cape Cod | This would be one of the best. The wife loved it and it was a good place to base ourselves to explore Cape Cod and other parts of MA. Facilites are well kept. One of the few places we've stayed at that is good for dogs too.

| Nice place for RVs and tents too | We stayed with some firends who were tenting and it was good that we could be in a site close by. Really nice place. Close to the town and finally some wifi that actually works.

| Pretty simple but good for race day | DOnt expect much. Open field for RVs and basic facilties. Just shy of a mile from the raceway so who cares?

Expect the usual KOA standard. Well kept and great for kids. Pool was a hit with the kids and the wife liked the markets. Good football stop off.

| Fine for a couple of days | I think it is a place with more longer term residents. Too many rules for my liking and my kids were told off just for being kids. OK to base yourself there to get to the usual attractions but you pretty much want to be self contained.

No one was there. No key to bathroom. Dirt track and nothing else. Problem is that there is nowhere else to stay in the area unless you park up at a gas satation. NEver going back.

| Love being in between the trees | WE had one of the sites backing onto the stream and it was great. MAkes you feel like you are finally part of nature. Kids went crazy on the playground.

Re: Where should I go in Canyonlands National Park | Anywhere you go is wonderful here. Just make sure you bring your camera and lots of water.
WE did the Island in the Sky first. Make sure you do the short hike to Mesa Arch, it isnt too far. Thsi one is worth seeing. The second time we went back a few years later we did the Needles area.
I'd go back again and again.

Re: Campground in Atlanta | BEen a while since we've been to Georgia, but I do remember Stone Mountain has an RV park. I think they have halloween celebrations too this time of year. I had a quick look on the search and the other one that came up was Atlanta South RV in McDonough. May be worth looking into. I hope thats a bit helpful

We have a running competition for best tasting chili. NEed good ideas to blow the others away. Nothing better than Saturday afternoon chili, beer and football. Bill.
