| great views and some nice sites | you have to get up early after spending a lot of time scoping out a site on the water - it gets extremely competitive. you can't reserve a site, but after 2 nites at different sites looking for the ideal hilton head experience, we got up at 5:45 and snagged the best site on the water. two pools - one a fresh water pool that was warmer than bath water, but the 2nd pool, a salt water pool was much better. some of the residents are a bit testy and call the office to complain if you park in an empty spot long enough to jockey cars - the management is is bit testy too. if you make a mistake, there is no forgiveness and the attitude is definitely not southern - a bit nasty actually. won't be going back - not worth the angst. many other places to choose from. restaurant is good.

| quiet and peaceful and beautiful piney and spacious sites | the roads are carpeted with pine needles and you feel isolated - such a great find away from life. close to saratoga springs. great owners and seasonal owners. we don't own a seasonal site, but since we met the seasonal owners, they make you feel like family, and the sites are spacious, well cared for and i can't stress enough the quiet peacefulness. love this place.
