This is an older RV park so pads are not necessarily level, as noted in their brochure. Very poor WIFI. They advertise nearby trails and beach. All the trails require a short drive or walk along a busy road to access. The beach is well posted with no trespassing. Not sure who may access because site host did not know. Surprisingly very quiet with negligible noise from nearby traffic. Cool marina right on the opposite. Overall above average and on the high end of daily rates, no discounts.

First impression was that there were a lot of laid down rules (17 in total). On reflection, none were other than general good behaviour expectations of the host. I suppose there is a need to remind some campers, but it could be done in a more subtle way. Wi-Fi did not live up to advertised performance. Lists 7 area activities and 8 churches hummm!! Site was not very level. Goats walking around inside the reception office is cute, but really?

Having arrived after a huge storm, the owners were just finishing mopping out the office. Hosts were very welcoming. Fortunately, the RV site was on a higher ground. Too wet to walk the trails, but they appear to be good for a less than strenuous walk and stretch after long hours on the road. Wi-Fi was not the best. Most large pull- thrus are almost level.

Stayed here on the outward bound part of our 5000 mile, 2020 road trip. Hosts were cheerful hosts even though we arrived late and at the tail end of a storm. Level sites. Easy access from freeway, but little traffic noise. Downtown OK City is just minutes away. Free coffee and fresh home baked muffins for breakfast!!!

This is one fun place to stay, plenty of things onsite to keep even the most bored tripper entertained. Sites are level. The RV Park is on the former Terry Ranch dating back to 1885. A great mix of the modern with local history. Great food. This is the place for tired ever to chill and restore. Only complaint is there is not a lot of privacy between rigs, more akin to a parking lot, still this is just a very minor point. It's fully booked in July for the rodeo.

Stayed one night on our recent road trip. This is a really old and well established campsite. Hosts were very present and guided us into the allocated spot, a little tight for a 30 foot rig, but manageable. Plenty of entertainment on site, but covid-19 restrictions prevented the full use. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay. As I said earlier, it is an older campsite that could do with a few upgrades to Wi-Fi and dump station, then again maybe it's what adds to the charm of the place..

We stayed one night after purchasing our RV. The only site available was overfill. Quite level and quiet easy in-out. Campsite owner was very helpful and loaned us extensions for both water and electric hookup. Good trails. Definitely going to return soon.
