It's easy to get in and out of this resort. It's mostly a mobile home park with few RV sites, and the RV sites are long and narrow. The facilities are clean and the hookups are good, but the wi-fi isn't free. Plenty of opportunities to socialize, and we've made a lot of friends here over the years.

| A nice getaway on the Gulf Coast | This park isn't the place to go if you're planning to tour nearby attractions in the Gulf area, but it's perfect if you just want to get away from it all and go fishing. Yes, fishing is awesome here. The park has its own boat launch for that purpose. The sites are roomy and quiet, though not so level. Full hookups, cable TV and wi-fi available, but wi-fi is slow.

| An older park full of trees | This park looks old, but it's well-maintained and clean. The old, moss-covered trees look charming. All the utilities worked well - good water pressure, adequate power, modern sewer hookup, wi-fi and cable TV. Sites too small for big rigs, though, and the roads are too narrow.

| Nice campground, easy on and off I95 | This is a neat and clean campground owned by a friendly couple. It's quiet and grassy, and there's a place for walking dogs. If you're into fishing, there's a nice, small lake on the property. Also, close enough to the I95 that you can get on and off it without trouble.

| Pretty Darn Noisy at Night | Well maintained park with friendly staff. Very spacious sites. Clean facilities. Very close to the beach. Strong Wi-Fi connection. Electricity and water pressure were okay. Clean pool. Would have given this place a higher score had it not been for the noise. Since it's quite close to the different restaurants in the area, the noise from the people going by can be heard in the campground. The A/C in our Motorhome managed to muffle the noise, but it's still audible. If you're a light sleeper, make sure that you bring earplugs. You'll need it.

Overall, this is a pretty okay campground. Park is well-maintained with fairly large sites that are level. Many of them are pull-through sites. Close to the Interstate. That plus the huge amount of golf carts going around make this campground a bit on the noisy side. Wi-Fi is available, but I would really recommend using this unless absolutely necessary because they charge by the hour.

| Awesome Campground beside Summersville Lake | In a word, I'd describe this campground as awesome! There is nothing that you will not love about this campground. It's clean and well-maintained. All of the RV sites provide spacious lots that have ample distance from each other, and awesome views of the lake. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They would really go out of their way to make sure that you are right at home. If you have pets, take them along. They'll be treated just as well as you.

| Pleasant and adequate for simple needs | Hadley's Point is a pleasant and cozy campground. It's peaceful and quiet without being inaccessible from the main roads. The grounds and facilities are clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms and showers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As for the sites, you can love them or hate them. It really depends on your needs. Big rig owners will find the sites here narrow or short, but for us it's adequate. There are full hookup sites but no 50 amps. No cable TV and the wi-fi doesn't reach all sites.

We fell in love at first sight with this RV park. Sitting on the bank of Lake LBJ, its views are simply marvelous, especially if your rig is parked on one of the few lakefront sites. The friendly staff keep this place clean and well-maintained. There are full hookup sites and there's cable TV. There's a ramp in the park so you can go boating if you want. My only complaint is the wi-fi. It's unusable.

This RV park is one of those rare campgrounds where the owners still give full importance to the space and privacy of their guests. We definitely enjoyed both space and privacy in our stay here, as our site was big and roomy and far away from the neighbors. It also had lovely views of the Texas hill country, which was really marvelous. We got a full-hookup site, but while we had wi-fi, there's no cable TV here. Not that we minded. The owners made us feel very welcome and at home. We would be delighted to stay here again.
