We stayed at this park for the first time and we fell in love with it! It's located in a really quiet location and run by a friendly staff. The sites were reasonably spaced and level. Very conveniently located to downtown Foley where you can go and do your groceries. There's a lazy river here where you can relax and unwind. The facilities are so clean and well maintained. Can't wait to head back here.

Poverty Point is a nice enough park, quiet on weekdays but can get crowded on weekends. The camp hosts try their best to keep it a clean place. The sites are big, all with water and electric, but only a few with sewer. The staff are friendly. Lots of trails for walking and hiking. Really nice for short getaways.

It's a long walk away to the dumpsite from the campsites, so it can get inconvenient to dispose of your trash. Also, the sites are not level. Other than that, this state park is lovely and quiet. Great for hiking and has lots of trees, though the trees can be a problem for big rigs with satellite dishes. The laundry room could use an upgrade too.

| Just like staying at a state park | Shady Oaks is an older park, wooded and off the beaten park, so charming and peaceful it's like camping at a state park. The location is awesome, just a few miles away from the attractions in the Ozarks. I loved staying here.

It's a nice and pretty, well-maintained park. The staff here is very friendly. Showers here had a lot of hot water and the water pressure was fine. Owners are a bunch of really nice people. Site that was given to us was very spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi was very slow. After a while, we gave up on it. We got cable TV channels, but not really that many. The rate they were charging was a bit on the expensive side for what you get. Okay for an overnight but no longer than that.

This place is completely rundown and could really use a major makeover. Roads were very narrow with a lot of sharp turns so it was a challenge to maneuver our rig around it. Lots also of speed bumps. The sites were not paved and very uneven. Plenty of trees for the shade but interfered with our satellite dish. On the upside, the manager was quite friendly. The bathroom was outdated but still clean. Would probably stop by again if we need a place to spend the night but not longer than that.

This is a no-frills park. Only facilities here are a small clubhouse where the showers and laundry facilities were located, and a golf course. Still, we enjoyed our stay here. The staff here was fun and made up the lack of facilities with a whole bunch of activities for the guests. Wi-Fi service worked like a charm. Great if you're looking for a place to spend the night or for a few days.

The campground is very close to the Lakes Region and White Mountain, making this a great base camp to stay at if you're planning to explore the area. It's a family run campground and the hosts are just darlings. Our site was very level and spacious. No problems getting in and out. It's surrounded by trees so we got plenty of shade and privacy. The grounds are beautifully landscape. Lots of activities to keep the kids busy. Well-stocked store. The bathrooms and restrooms were immaculate. I highly recommend to stay here.

| Clean and well-maintained KOA | Clean and well-maintained. The sites are a bit close together, though, so you won't really enjoy complete privacy. Thankfully our neighbors were friendly and minded their own business most of the time. Staff were pretty friendly too. Full hookups available, including wi-fi and cable. The park is a bit out of the way so you won't be bothered with road noise. A bit pricey but we didn't mind.

| Perfect for some peace and quiet | If you just want a place to sit back, relax and forget about your day-to-day stress for a while, Riverbend RV Resort is it. It's very quiet here and the sites are far apart enough to enjoy some privacy. The sites are also large enough to allow you to use your slideouts and to move about even if you have a big RV. They've got full hookups available, just no cable TV. The park looks clean and seems well-managed by the staff, all of whom are friendly and helpful folk.
