Close enough for you to walk to the casino from here. Sites are nice and level. WiFi good. Can get pretty crowded here. Laundry and showers clean. Pool was not open while we were here. Staff very friendly. Would do for a stopover or if you enjoy spending time in the casinos.

| Quiet, with lots of trees | This is a nice park a few miles out of Leavenworth. Lots of shade trees. Very clean place staffed by friendly people. Roads are paved and sites are either concrete or gravel. FHUs and strong wi-fi. Only thing I didn't like here are the sites are too narrow and close together for my liking.

The desert views from this campground are exceptional and there are hiking trails around for exploring the desert even further. Just like most NPS campgrounds, there aren't any hookups or amenities here, just toilets and potable water. The sites here are long enough for big RVs but sadly too narrow. We couldn't use our slideouts for fear that other drivers might hit them. Still, the desert views here are so beautiful and stargazing is great at night. We'll definitely come back when we can.

Stayed in September. Tiger Run RV Resort is one of the most beautiful parks we've stayed at. The grounds are meticulously landscaped, the sites are paved and spacious, the hookups modern and working properly. It's a lovely place. We'd definitely stay here again.

| A nice park with a few issues | This park could have been perfect. It has polite and friendly staff, large and paved sites, lovely trails for hiking into the woods, good location close to San Antonio's attractions, security gate. However, it doesn't have a pool, there's a lot of road noise, and there are a lot of permanent residents as well. I would stay here again, though.

A nice, pleasant KOA. Clean and well-kept. Close to the interstate but road noise not an issue. Sites too close together, though. Nice facilities with pool and hot tub, but too pricey compared to other parks.

This KOA is nicer than the ones we've been to. It's a lovely place, surrounded by the National Forest and with walking trails. We got one of the supersites, which are large sites complete with full hookups, patio and picnic table. There's cable TV and wi-fi, but the wi-fi signal was bad. The biggest challenges we faced during our stay here are: 1) the site we got was not level; 2) it was hard for us to maneuver our rig into our site because the road's too narrow and the sites too close together. Other than these things, it's a nice KOA and worth the money.

We had a great time here at Dead Horse Ranch SP. We fished at the well-stocked lagoons and did some hiking too. The views are quite pretty. As for the site we got, it's big enough for us and, as expected of a state park, has only water and electricity. The park does have a good dumping station near the gatehouse so the lack of a sewer wasn't really a problem. The park doesn't have a dog run, but the city park was close by so we didn't find it an issue either. Tuzigoot National Monument is nearby and well worth visiting.

| Nice park with good facilities | We found Royal Palm to be nice. The park gets its name from the lone royal palm standing on each site. Sites are paved and level but a bit on the small side. Full hookups available, but no cable. Forget about the wi-fi; it's Tengo Internet, therefore rubbish. It costs extra anyway. The facilities are great - pool, clean restrooms, laundry, game room and library. Staff are friendly. Will stay here again.

| A clean and quiet campground | Summerland is right next to the interstate, but it's surprisingly quiet inside the park, with very little road noise. It's also very clean, with full hookup sites, cable TV and wi-fi. The sites aren't long enough to accommodate long rigs, but at least leveling wasn't a problem. The owners are lovely people and they're very helpful.
