Camped at this campground this past Memorial Day Weekend. Nice sites. They are large and wooded. Some are out in the open by the field. Bathrooms were reasonable for a campground. Showers were hot and free (even though they have meters they were free)! This place is right next to Storyland (you could walk there). The campground is quiet and dark at night (no street lights shining in your camper). The only noise we heard was when the rollercoaster was running at Storyland. I thought it was thunder until I heard people screaming. That did not bother us since we were not at the campground during the day. This place in centrally located to many of the attractions in the North Conway/White Mountain area. We were not camping with children so I can not speak about the playground and the pool was not open yet but the pool did not look to be very big. They also have horseshoes and volleyball court. The staff was not terribly friendly but my only contact with them was when I checked in. Otherwise, they did not bother anyone. They don't have much of a camp store but Shop'n Save is right down the road (walking distance). Not much for activities either. This campground is great if you have plans to tour the area during the day.
We stayed here in a Popup Trailer.
