Nice and clean park, but not big on space
June 26, 2015
This KOA is quite pretty, with its nice views. Staff are very friendly. Bathrooms are all clean and self-contained with their own shower, sink and toilet, which is great. Location is also good because it's just 20 minutes away from Arches NP and Canyonlands. What made me give it only a 3+ rating? The sites are on the small side, so it's difficult to maneuver when you've got a big rig. The roads are also too narrow.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

Roadtrip America 2012

Despite negative reviews from others we had a good experience here. Of course its dusty, you are in the middle of the desert. Our back in site was next to the pool, so yes it was loud until the pool closed. But we were here to visit arches and the blessing of our air conditioning and the fact that it was $37 made up for it. Wifi was fast. Staff was excellent and friendly. We'd stay again....hopefully when it's cooler.

We stayed here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice campground but strict on rules
September 25, 2011
My wife and I spent a long weekend here to explore the Canyonlands. We stayed in one of their cabins. It was basic, but clean and everything was in good working order. We used the bbq grill too and the restrooms were clean and showers hot. To summarize a nice standard KOA campground in the desert.

The only down side is they are aggressive with the rules. We got told off for forgetting to put our car pass on display at all times. They patrol regularly to make sure everyone has it on display. Also we checked out 30 mins late, e.g. 10:30 AM instead of 10 AM as we were still using the showers. However, we had taken all our stuff out of the cabin and parked our car by the restrooms. While we were in the restrooms they came round and put a notice on our car about extra charges for being late to check out. This sort of behavior unfortunately detracts from the enjoyment of staying here.

We stayed here in a cabin.
