Mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings about this RV park. On the one hand, its natural setting and location are great. There are lots of trees and it's on the Historic Route 66. On the other hand, the people running this park need to do something about the way they maintain it. When we were here, the place was dirty, with refuse littering sites and pathways and the bins overflowing. The bathrooms were disgusting; my wife refused to use it and insisted on doing her business in the rig instead. The roads and sites are just dirt, so it's muddy when it rains. One of our neighbors even got stuck and can't move his toad out of the mud. As much as we love visiting family in the area, we're going to skip this campground the next time we're here.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.
