Very Very Clean! And Convenient Too!

This park had plenty of room for us when we were there. We stayed 3 nights and the people we dealt with at the City of Hoover were great! For how clean this park is and the full hookups, the price was good as well. No great facilities but it is perfect for self-contained rigs like our Class A. Close to groceries and gas and not too far off of I-459. Nice neighborhood as well.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.

Don't Use Credit Cards Here

First off, this is actually more like an RV parking lot than it is a park or campground for that matter. Nevertheless, it's a pretty okay place if you're looking for someplace to spend the night. Spacious sites that have good working full hookups and Wi-Fi. No restrooms or laundry facilities here. Sites tend to be a little bit close together so barely any chance for privacy. The sites are not level, but then again, it's located in a mountainous area so it's quite expected. Our site was paved with concrete and was really shady. One tip: don't use your credit card here. They charge a 4% fee if you do. I learned the hard way when we stayed here.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.

This campground was created by the city of Hoover for the annual SEC Baseball Tournament which is held in the adjacent Regions Field (end of May or early June- park is full then)and is also the home to the Birmingham Barrons Baseball team.
The campsites are all on blacktop and all are pull-thrus that can only hold your RV (up to 45 foot) park you car next to coach.
All sites have 50 amp service, water, and sewer. No shade as yet but trees are growing. Great place for walking and catching a game or two if the Barrons are at home.
There are NO bathrooms so only self contained units.
We have held two rallies here in conjunction with the Barrons and the catered food at the stadium was excellent.
Free WiFi
Great shopping nearby including The Galleria, Super Target, and Walmart. Many excellent restaurants.also nearby.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
