Friendly Campground with Nice Views of the Lake

My family and I stayed at this park this summer and we really enjoyed our stay here. We did have some problems getting our large rig in and out of the campground because the entrance was rather steep and the road is in poor condition. The manager was an old guy that was very welcoming. He told us that they don't accept any discounts from memberships, but at a rate of $20 for a full hookup per night, it's still a pretty okay deal. The sites are very narrow, but they were long enough to find large rigs. We managed to score a great view by the lakeside, which was really a definite plus for me. Cellphone reception was really good. They got cable TV here, but if you prefer to use your satellite TV, you won't have a problem even if there were a lot of trees around. There were some road noise, but I guess the lake drowned most of it so it's still very manageable. Very clean and well-maintained. Will definitely come back.

We stayed here in a 5th Wheel.
