Some of the sites are un-level and most are close together. Most actually face each other. It used to be an old COE park. It's a close walk to downtown where most buildings are empty, but it has some pretty buildings.
Osceola Cheese Company is across the river on HWY 13. A old store in Iconium, MO has an old store that serves Nehi peach floats that's out of this world. This town also has boyscout campgrounds there.
This time of year, hunters are in the park. Deer carcasses are hanging from the trees. We woke up, cooked breakfast, open the blinds and there they were so we closed the blinds. Won't be back this time of the year again if we ever do come back.
