| A comfortable place to stay | |
Hilton Park isn't exactly our idea of spending time in the great outdoors. Although it has a few trees and is right by the riverbank, it doesn't have that nature-sy appeal. Having said that, I think it's the next best thing. The sites are spacious, the grounds are clean, and they've got clean restrooms and showers as well as a station for washing dishes. The staff are very friendly and they impose quiet time very strictly. So, this is not a place for hard partying until the wee hours. You can tube on the river or walk a short distance to the beach to swim or sunbathe. We enjoyed our stay here and might visit again.
