Beautiful view of the bay but park needs some TLC

This Park has an excellent view of Corpus Christi Bay but the park has not been well maintained. It's a little difficult to find and a little difficult to maneuver a large rig into the Bay sites. The spaces on the Bay are very tight but they have the best view of any of the other parks we've seen in that area. All of the sites are gravel, the roads are gravel and when it rains it's a muddy mess. The laundry facilities are clean and sufficient for the size of the park. Clean restrooms, nice heated pool and nice hot tub. Management needs to do a better job of keeping the grass cut and spend some money on the roads within the park. The park is at the end of a "seedy looking" neighborhood and there is no security in the park. Our friends and several others had their GPS stolen from their unlocked automobiles. Not sure we would stay here again.

We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome.
