Camping sites in this park are over grown and hard to find. The site we had reserved was over grown with 2 foot high grass and the sign was hidden in brush. This park was under construction last summer and the main attraction (the area around the rock with petroglyphs) was closed. There is no swimming at the park however you can travel one mile down the road to Friendship to swim among the locals, however I would not recommend this for families as the "crowd" was not family friendly and was visited by the police. On the positive side, the park was pretty vacant with minimal campers.
We stayed here in a Tent. | | Comments (0) |
