| Great location, excellent value, big-rig friendly | |
We have stayed at Boyd Lake State Park several times. Park Rangers professionally enforce campground rules. Fellow campers were very considerate, with a quiet family atmosphere even during major holidays. It has excellent access to extensive municipal bicycle/foot paths, including connections to mountain bike trails in foothills to the west. Close to full-service shopping and services, yet a great camping experience. It is very close to Fort Collins, which has a national reputation for many attractions. It is also very convenient to regional medical facilities. It is much less expensive than the commercial campgrounds north of Fort Collins. We are full-timer RVers with a 40-ft motorhome, and whenever we are in the Fort Collins/Loveland area, Boyd Lake State Park will be our first choice.
We stayed here in a Class A Motorhome. | | Comments (0) |
