Do you love camping and boat fishing but hate the stress of getting both your RV and boat to the campground? The wonderful Sealander Amphibious Camping Trailer is the solution to the problem! This two-in-one vehicle functions as a RV trailer with a kitchen, and a boat that will allow you to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Sealander Amphibious Camping Trailer is a compact lightweight trailer boat that was designed and constructed by German industrial designer Daniel Staurb. Powered by a 5-HP electric motor, this waterproof pod-boat is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic and comes with a removable roof. The seats can also be converted to a sleeping deck while the cooking and sink areas can be turned to heaters and refrigerators.

Because Sealander is lightweight and small, it can be towed even without a special permit or extra mirrors and gears. The floating camping trailer weighs 838 lbs. (380 kg.) with an inside area of 5.1 ft. by 6.56 ft. (156 x 200 cm.). It measures 12.8 ft. (389 cm.) long, 5.25 ft. (160 cm.) wide, and 6 ft. (185 cm.) high. Sealander is designed with very small draft; hence, it can only navigate inland and shallow waters and cannot be used in the open sea.

Basic Sealander Amphibious Camping Trailer costs approximately $20,400. The amount may be equivalent to the price of a camping trailer and a boat when bought separately but without the convenience and the two in one feature. Furthermore, customers can request to customize the design, color, and materials to be used.
