| Great park in a great sightseeing area | This park is AAAA across the board: clean, modern, easy in/out; knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff; excellent café with one of the best head chefs in the business. All sites are clean and neat, with citrus trees adding their own unique ambiance. Amenities include a superb pool, laundry (very clean and up to date), a spacious dog park, and more. I-10 is nearby, but the traffic noise is practically nil. There are many places to visit in the immediate area, including the excellent Pima Air and Space Museum.
We’ve stayed at this park six times over the past ten years. This year, we learned that the park will soon become Lazydays KOA RV Campground. We hope the level of excellence continues for future visits.

Clean, beautifully appointed park, reasonable rates, full amenities, courteous employees, easy check-in. All passage roads are paved and truly level, as are all parking spots. Further, the parking spots are extra wide, making it just that much more pleasant to pull in and pull out. The two minor negatives (and they are minor): the park is near I-10, so there is a faint constant noise from the traffic, and the road leading into the park is narrow and could be a bit daunting were you to arrive after sunset (no shoulders). Don't let those two minor points deter you: this is a place you'll enjoy.

| A nice place to rest a while | Located in the lovely hill country of Texas, just outside of Bandera, this park (while quite dusty) is a nice place to camp for a while. Full hook-ups and WiFi make it an enjoyable stay, plus very reasonable rates. The staff is friendly and helpful. The public restrooms are clean. Because none of the sites are paved, nor are any of the roads, one needs to be prepared to drive very slowly throughout the park so as to not stir up any dust (which is practically an impossible attainment). Even the eight miles per hour restriction is too fast.

| Make this a must-stop on your trip! | This state park is a jewel in Florida’s crown of excellent state parks. Located off busy SR 20, the heavily-treed park muffles all road noise. The park is exceptionally clean (cleanest public restrooms we’ve ever seen in our 15 years of RVing), the camping sites are generous, the bayou is lovely, and the park is close to everything Niceville and nearby Destin have to offer. Water and electricity are included in the very low daily rates, and the dump station is easily accessed. An added bonus: visitors are within easy reach of the Bay Bridge and access to the soft white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

This park is located near Chesapeake Bay, and the place is neat, clean, beautifully laid out, and close to many sightseeing destinations. While it is a bit off the beaten path, this is a real plus. Beautiful pool, excellent rally hall, and superb food service. The only drawback: the many pine trees drop lots and lots of long needles that one has to clear off the car and coach. However, this is the only negative amongst a ton of positives. Don't miss this one.

| Pass this one by for better parks | Located practically smack-dab on I-10; highway noise is constant. This park charges $40 for one night, full hook-up. That wouldn’t be so bad except this is an old park and hasn’t seen any upgrades or refurbishing in quite some time (from what we could see). The buildings are shabby, the restrooms are deplorable, and the whole place would score a 9 or 10 on the “seedy” scale. We cannot recommend this park.

Set amidst gently rolling landscape, and close to the Natchez Trace, this is a nice place to camp. It's quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. It's an easy drive by car into Tupelo (a great town). We plan on staying there again.

What a lovely park, and such super hosts! Clean, beautifully kept, excellent gift shop, and extremely easy to reach from the Interstate. A bit far out of Des Moines, but it's an easy drive by car to get into town. This is a place we'll visit again and again.

We stayed at this campground right after the state fair, so we had our pick of sites. Good thing, too....there are very few sites that are level. This is an extremely hilly camping area, so good jacks are necessary. The daily rate is excellent, and it's just a short drive to the heart of DM.

This is an extremely lovely area of Wisconsin, and the campground location is right in the heart of it. However, it's a very tight fit for a big rig (ours is 40'), and the many trees make satellite reception impossible. It's rustic, but very peaceful. For a short stay, it's doable; for a longer stay, I'd think twice.
