Fine for a Few Nights But Beware Passport America Pricing Is Not 50% Off

I have mixed feels about this park. I'm going to give it a 3 star rating as it's fine for a night or two. I almost gave it a 2 star rating due to it's disappointing policy on Passport America rates.

It is a snowbird park, majority of the park consists of RV sites. There are mobile homes in one section towards the front along with an RV section for adults only. Families & kids are allowed in the middle and back section of the park.

We stayed in May in their low season so there were lots of sites available.

Positives first:

1) Clean park and well maintained
2) Sites are long and nicely spaced and site services work well
3) WiFi was free and excellent
4) Nice swimming pool and recreation hall
5) Nicely priced laundry

Not So Positives:
1) Sites are not level - you need stabilizers or RV levelers on most sites
2) Some parts of the park have run down trailers lived in by permanent residents
3) Dated needs some TLC and modernizing
4) They do not offer 50% off for Passport America although they claim they do. They only honor Passport America in their Value season from May 1 to Sep 30. However, the PA rate is based on 50% of the Peak Season rate not the Value Season rate. So for example we got 50% off, $38 per night, yet the Value rate was $25. So in reality they do not offer 50% off the Value rate. IMO this is the wrong and strikes me as being dishonest and greedy. As a result I won't stay here again.

We stayed here in a Class C Motorhome.
