We have flat, pull-through, full-hookup site. The services worked well, including WiFi. The sites are spaced a little close. There are a couple of ponds with ducks. Bathhouse and laundry were clean. Close to the I-45 but not noisy. Customer service (Rhonda) was great. Mostly full of long-termers. Some workers and some folks receiving cancer treatment at the nearby hospital. Everyone was very friendly. Price was OK, $36 with Good Sam discount.
Would stay here again.
