Vacation in the heart of San Antonio -- Travelers World is just three miles from the world-famous Alamo and Mission City’s historic River Walk. Our 165 full-hookup sites feature private picnic tables plus complimentary cable TV and Internet for daily/weekly guests.
Come take a dip in our heated swimming pool or relax the day away in our hot tub. When our guests are in the mood to play, they spend time in our game room, while the kids have fun on our playground. In season, we pack our social calendar with activities, including potlucks, dances, exercise classes, game nights, happy hours, group outings, card games and more.
To make your stay convenient and comfortable, Travelers World has an on-site dumping station, two bathhouses and a large laundry facility. As an added convenience, our store sells ice, RV supplies, candy, soda, souvenirs and personal items. For rally planners, our clubhouse accommodates up to 100 people and our office has a computer station and exercise facilities.

| Nice Park - Good Base for Visiting San Antonio | |
Well laid out and maintained park, although sites were a little closer together than I would like. We had a full hookup back in gravel site. Services worked well, including WiFi. Bathhouse and laundry were clean and well maintained. They had a clean heated pool and hot tub.
They offered a nice breakfast on the weekend. People staying at the park were very friendly and customer service was good.
Easy to get to the bus or drive downtown to visit the Alamo and Riverwalk. Short drive to the Spanish Missions too.
Would stay here again.

This is a pretty park that is well laid out. New paved roads, well-groomed sites and concrete patios. Beware: Do not try to approach by E Southcross Blvd from I-37 . There is a very high pitch RR track that will get most rigs other than smallest C class hung up.

At first we were wary about staying at Traveler's World because the neighborhood where it's located looked unsafe. But once inside the campground, everything changed. It was safe and secure inside the campground. The campground itself is very pleasant and well-maintained. The laundry room and bathrooms kept clean at all times. The site we had was level, and the hookups worked well. There are full hookups available, including wifi and cable. The staff are also friendly and helpful. It was a nice and pleasant stay for us, something we didn't really expect, and we'll return here when we're in the area again.

| RV park close to Riverwalk | |
THis is where I stay when I have something to attend in the Convention Center. The bus stop to downtown is right across the street and it's a 15- minute ride to the Riverwalk! Level gravel pads and clean, well-kept grounds make it a pleasure to stay here. And you can't beat the convenience!

Travelers World is the closest RV Park to the River Walk and the Alamo. We are also close to Sea World, Six Flags, San Antonio Zoo, & local Missions. Many people will go to Schlitterbaun in New Braunfels, Hill Country, Corpus Christi using our park as home base. The Witte Museum (and many more) is worth the visit as is the Japanese Sunken Gardens and the many theaters such as the Majestic. Golf and numerous hiking and biking trails are nearby as well.
Cancellation Policy
Daily and Weekly Stays:
One night deposit required.
If reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival, the deposit less a 15% administrative fee will be refunded.
Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will result in a forfeited deposit. Balance due at check-in
Monthly Stays:
$100 Per month deposit required.
If reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit less a 25% administrative fee will be refunded.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will result in a forfeited deposit.
Balance due at check-in.
Seasonal Stays:
$300 deposit due at time of reservation.
If reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a 25% administration fee.
