For Melissa Williams, founder of the CA Wellness Walk, it will be a 750 mile walk through California to raise awareness of diabetes. Studies estimate that one in three Americans will have diabetes by 2050, and Melissa and her team are intent on raising awareness of this issue and making a difference through education. She is an inspiration to all of us here at CampingRoadTrip.com - her passion, her drive which has turn good intentions into real action, and her commitment to this worthy cause. Melissa reminds us all that words are easy, but action is what counts, so join us in supporting the fight against diabetes.

It is the time to make a difference - to your family and friends, to your community, to our environment. It may not be a marathon walk, it could be just a small step, but it all adds up in the end.
